Mission Trip - Youth
St. Christopher's Youth Group (EYC - Episcopal Youth Community) is now on it third Mission Trip. In the summers of 2007 and 2008 the group went to McDowell Mission - Hope on the Hill. McDowell Mission works to help those in the the coalfields of Southern West Virginia.
www.mcdowellmission.org In July 2009 the group will go from High Point to Washington DC and then onto New York City. In DC the group will tour and attend service at the National Cathedral. While in NY the group will work at several of the cities Food Pantries and Lunch Programs. The group will also be painting the homeless shelter for St. Bart's Episcopal Church.
