During the July 12th Vestry meeting, a motion was unanimously passed establishing a Sunday for a special collection supporting the Priest’s Discretionary Fund. This fund is currently funded by our budget at $100.00 per month but Fr Daniel is approached by more requests than that amount can cover. The Vestry is seeking grocery store and gas station gift cards for Father Daniel to have on hand to share as needs present themselves. A $20 or $25 gift card can be a huge help to someone in a tough spot. Donations may also be made by check or cash with Discretionary Fund in the memo line. Next Sunday, the 27th is the chosen day for this very special offering. Thank you!

Recycle for Sight
The high point lions club
Do you have a pair of eyeglasses, sunglasses, or reading glasses that you are not wearing? Why not donate your old glasses to the Lions Club and they will recycle them and distribute throughout the world for those who can use them.
